George Joseph is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Kerala. He is a certificated associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has also completed a banking diploma from the Institute of Bankers, London. He retired as chairman and managing director of Syndicate Bank. He was associated with Canara Bank for a period of over 36 years and resigned as general manager in 2006. He has also served as chairman, whole time director and joint managing director of Wonderla Holidays Limited. He has in the past served as the independent director of Muthoot Finance Ltd and ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited.
