Dear Biju I think it’s been 4 years we have met, I am NRI working in Dubai was in Bangalore in August to consult my friend about my car, because I had faced some ruthless experience in Calicut Popular. Suddenly I remember about Mr. Biju C.V Long time no contacts and no connections who was borne me from the beginning means from 2009 onwards. I try to call him last number where he worked as manager where someone picked the call and asked what the reason why I am asking about Mr. Biju. It’s not only me so many others as calling in same number enquiring about you. So, I explain about your importance why am tracing you. After sometime I got your new number and called you. “You know what made me surprise? Still you recognized my voice in specific hello” From the beginning onwards, you maintained the same bond till now. On the way from Bangalore (13/08/2018) I reached Ottapalam popular for service by 9 am By noon my car was ready, the reason was he arranged the spare parts in advance according to my complaints this saved my time because I was flying back to Dubai on next day. After a long time back, you brought back me the lost trust in me for Popular Service On 19th August I contacted you again when my car was in the flood, and I called you “when you said no problem sir I will take care of it” I feel the same confidence on your words as you carry with you from the beginning and you took immediate action and initiative to bring the car from North Paravoor and started the work time to time. Also keep on posting the work done daily basis. For us that car was so special and important. When I discussed with my wife about you and your work and the importance and support you provided from the past so we decided to write about you. I’m proud that you have made it so big again. To Popular Service Management, Request to Popular Service Management to provide trainings from people like Mr. Biju to all other popular service centers, how to deal with customers and satisfy the customer’s. Also Manage the relationship with them (Especially in Calicut & call centers). (I work in service industry last 16 years so I know the customer value how important is customers satisfaction). Personally, I visit the service center where Mr. Biju is working I find it always neat and tidy, friendly with technicians providing proper guideline and checking their efficiency (I personally talked & understand from technicians) and giving the customer with proper awareness and talking to them showing the real issue which makes more confident to give cars in popular service.
