Service Advisor – Service Division
Primary purpose:-
The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction through
Greeting & treating customers, achieving vehicle delivery on promised time,
100% Post Service follow up etc. They should also ensure that Zero
Customer Complaints is generated.
Reporting To: Assistant Works Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
Acceptance of vehicle from Customers
- Cross check the Inventory and update
- Inform the customer about vehicle receipt.
- Conduct Road test with Customers.
- Capture Complaints and Open Job Card.
- Inform the Estimated amount to customer and obtain Job approval.
- Inform additional Job and obtain approval.
- Inform the Supervisor about the Complaints and observation
Coordinate with supervisor.
- Provide an in time feedback to customer.
- Obtain any additional approval required from customer.
- Maintain Promised Time delivery.
- Capture additional value added Services.
Ensure and Monitor the quality delivery.
- Conduct road test if it is required.
- Ensure Washing Quality.
- Ensure the Inventory
- Do Job card Closing and inform the customer about bill amount.
- Be on Delivery bay and Deliver the vehicles to Customer.
- Ensure 3 rd day PSF.
