Primary purpose:-

The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction through
Greeting & treating customers, achieving vehicle delivery on promised time,
100% Post Service follow up etc. They should also ensure that Zero
Customer Complaints is generated.

Reporting To: Assistant Works Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

Acceptance of vehicle from Customers

  • Cross check the Inventory and update
  • Inform the customer about vehicle receipt.
  • Conduct Road test with Customers.
  • Capture Complaints and Open Job Card.
  • Inform the Estimated amount to customer and obtain Job approval.
  • Inform additional Job and obtain approval.
  • Inform the Supervisor about the Complaints and observation

Coordinate with supervisor.

  • Provide an in time feedback to customer.
  • Obtain any additional approval required from customer.
  • Maintain Promised Time delivery.
  • Capture additional value added Services.

Ensure and Monitor the quality delivery.

  • Conduct road test if it is required.
  • Ensure Washing Quality.
  • Ensure the Inventory
  • Do Job card Closing and inform the customer about bill amount.
  • Be on Delivery bay and Deliver the vehicles to Customer.
  • Ensure 3 rd day PSF.
