Primary purpose:-

Technician- Service should ensure quality in service. They should work with self
confidence & should take self initiative during work. Every Technician should acquire
proper training as per MSIL norms & update on new process and developments. The work
should ensure customer delight in maximum extend.

Reporting To : Floor Controller –Service

Key Job Responsibilities

Quality Repair

  • Completed the Mechanical Job in a Stipulated Time Frame.
  • Ensure and Adhere the Job has done as per MSIL SAS Norms
  • Reduce repeated Job through proper monitoring.
  • Ensure 100% demanded repair has done as per Job card.
  • Communicate with Supervisor if found any additional Job.
  • Obtain Support from in house Trainers in difficult Job.

Training Completion

  • Ensure all training has completed as per MSIL norms.
  • Update and Refresh Technical Knowledge on daily basis.
  • Awareness of Maruti SAS manual.
  • Update Newsletters, Bulletin, Mails from Maruti Suzuki.
