Primary purpose:-

The Works Manager- Service is responsible for management of employees of
their branches. They should possess the skills like problem solving, analytics,
auditing of operations etc. Works Manager should be capable managing operations of
Service, floor activities, marketing etc.

Reporting To : Regional Manager–Service
Reporting In : AWM, CCM, BSM

Key Job Responsibilities

Workshop Floor Management

  • To be a part of Preparing Technician Team List.
  • Monitor activities at Two Tech and Express bay.

Service marketing Management.

  • Track and Ensure maximum output from SMR Team.
  • Support the Service Marketing Team for difficult Cases.

Post Service follow up Management

  • Monitor all Service Advisor has done 3 rd Day PSF.
  • Randomly call the customers and understand their satisfaction Level.

Front Office Management

  • Ensure the front office staff greeting and direct appropriately.
  • Auditing Policies and Procedure.
  • Monthly Cross checks the registers and find out the accuracy.
